Tibetan figurine that the Tibetan dodenboek used JMKHTibetan medicine is strongly influenced by the Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for centuries and has grown in the rich heritage of Tibetans to a beautiful, traditional form of healing and compassion. Knowledge about the Tibetan medicine can be found in the so-called 'Ghyü Shi' (a classic textbook) written in the 12th century, compiled by the physician Yuthok Yonten Gonpo.

Padma 28 is one of the best-known Tibetan medicines from the pallet of natural resources. There is quite a lot of research done in this preparation. There are data that this preparation can be used through IBS (spastisch colon) and intermittent claudication (etalagebenen), but the evidence is still not very strong. Veder this herb probably has a positive effect on krvi and would perhaps can inhibit atherosclerosis. Also in MS Padma 28 would have a positive impact on theimmuunevenwicht period. There is, however, more research is needed.

The Bhutanese medicine is related to the Tibetan medicine; aspects can be found at the site of theBhutanese traditional medicine.

Tibetan medicine and meditation

It is enormously gratifying that many Tibetan teachers in the West make clear what the value of meditation can be for patients and for business. The principle of mindfulness is based on ancient Tibetan insights and is currently, particularly in psychiatry, used regularly to help patients, mostly with good results.

It is also gratifying that there are more organised conferences, where Tibetan angles used to Western problems. Elsewhere on this website is the value of mindfulness indicated for patient and business.

Padma 28 seems to be a promising product.
